Ruth Miller

I have always been a strong proponent of self health and wellness, and of educating those around me. There must be a balance between exercise and nutrition in wellness programs in order to combat obesity, heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis and other ailments. I believe that transforming a body into better shape and creating a healthier body takes a commitment to make a LIFESTYLE change. That means a change you can live with for the rest of your life! I specialize in weight loss, body toning, functional training and core strengthening, as well as agility, balance and strength training for all populations. I have over 10 years experience and a track record of success in helping others achieve their fitness and weight loss goals. I also compete and train for body building figure competitions and have trained others to compete as well. My passion for fitness helps me to successfully motivate others to make positive changes and achieve their fitness goals. You too can make a change and be fit for a lifetime!
